Shipping + Return Policy:
PROCESSING:
- Please allow up to 8-10 days M-F (includes holidays) for your order. This includes all crews, hoodies, tees & sets as they are individually handcrafted in-house in the USA - made to order. Please note: May experience delays during the holiday season from 12/1-1/5.
- We do not allow any cancellations once the order is placed. All orders go directly in the queue for inventory, etc. Some exclusions may apply, reach out via email.
- Most items ship either USPS first class or priority 2-5 day mail, or UPS 1-5 depending on the weight of the package and the location.
SHIPPING:
- We make it fair and easy so you can shop with ease! You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost(s) for returning your item(s) which relates to an exchange. Ludic Closet will pay for the resend for size exchanges only!
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Ludic Closet is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by a wrong or incomplete shipping address, including incorrect zip codes or addresses that were undeliverable upon delivery. It is the customers responsibility to enter the correct address at check-out and double check all information prior to making a purchase. Non-delivery or additional shipping costs due to customer errors, or deliveries pertaining to the address will not be taken by Ludic Closet.
- Everyone receives a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. It is standard for labels to be printed in advance for our production team. It is our policy that if an item is undeliverable or delayed by UPS or USPS and remains in transit that the customer reach out directly to UPS or USPS with their tracking number so they can assist with locating the package and/or filing a claim. Once the claim is received by Ludic Closet, we complete it the same day and resend the item(s).
We offer affordable flat rate U.S. shipping
All special promotions include merchandise only, not shipping. If we offer a promotion to spend X amount, that amount must be met in merchandise, does not include shipping or other discounts. Only one promotion and/or discount per sale & always while supplies last.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES:
- No worries! If your item doesn't fit and you need a new size we offer exchanges within 30 days. It must be returned within 30 days of the day the carrier delivered the package. The item must be unworn & unwashed. We will inspect the return and let you know if it is eligible. All items must meet the approval policy. NO EXCEPTION. We will kindly return the item(s) if the above policy is not met with an invoice for the return shipping label.
- In order to exchange defective or damaged items they must be communicated to us the same day the item was delivered and marked delivered by USPS or UPS. We also require a photo of what you received. All orders once placed are final sale. These are individually handcrafted by our team with special attention, and automatically go into the queue once ordered. They are all one of a kind pieces and no two look exactly alike.
- Please note once you make a purchase it is final sale and not available for refund.
- Please note: DM's is not considered customer service and we recommend always reaching out to us via email @ shopludic.clothes@gmail. This is the best way to reach us for any questions or concerns regarding your order.
SALE ITEMS:
- Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. All 'mystery items' are final sale. We encourage everyone if you have a particular design in mind to please purchase that design as mystery items are just that - a mystery.
FINAL SALE:
- All final sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Also, any promotions or discounts applied will not be refunded or exchanged.
