Refund Policy & Shipping

HOLIDAY Refund & Shipping POLICY:

All sales are FINAL related to crews, hoodies, tees & sets as they are individually handcrafted in-house. 

We are a mother, daughter duo and handcraft all pieces so we really appreciate your understanding. 

Typically our normal, non-holiday production time is 8-10 business days for design up to 13 depending on order rush. This includes all crews, hoodies, tees and sets as they are all individually handcrafted. We try to give a specific timeframe individually for pre-orders. Most items ship either USPS first class 2-3 day mail or 2-day priority mail, or UPS 2-4 depending on the weight of the package and the location. 

Please note:  Ludic Closet is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by a wrong or incomplete shipping address, including incorrect zip codes or addresses that were undeliverable upon delivery. Non-delivery or additional shipping costs due to customer errors will not be taken by Ludic Closet. If your order states it’s been delivered on our end, this is what our team goes by. Please note this. 

Everyone receives a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as their order ships. It is our policy that if an item is undeliverable by UPS or USPS and remains in transit that the customer reach out directly to UPS or USPS with their tracking number and file a claim. Once the claim is received, we complete it the same day and resend the item(s).

We offer affordable flat rate US shipping. 

All special promotions include merchandise only, not shipping. If we offer a promotion to spend X amount, that amount must be met in merchandise, does not include shipping.


Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the day you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.** ALL LC CREWS, HOODIES, AND SETS ARE FINAL SALE! (Unless you have emailed and it’s for a specific reason)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, this is only if your exchange has been accepted by our team. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All orders in regards to our Crews, Hoodies & Sets or Limited Edition pieces are final sale once you place your order. These are individually handcrafted by our team with special attention, and automatically go into the queue once ordered.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

FINAL SALE items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
