What charity do you work with?
We donate each year to NAMI, a charity organization designed and created to help stop the stigma around mental illness. Also, Starkey Hearing Foundation bringing the gift of hearing to more than one million people. We contribute to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention as well as homeless shelters and local ministries.
I didn’t receive an email confirmation?
Once your order is placed a welcome email confirmation is sent automatically. Please check your spam/junk folder.
I never received any updates via email regarding my package?
We kindly note we are a small business and team and we can’t email everyone individual updates. We do send a welcome email, follow-up email, and an email once the item has shipped. We post daily behind the scenes on all social media platforms.
Where are you located?
We are located in Georgia, USA. Every package is individually handcrafted by our small business team.
I emailed you and didn’t get a response?
We typically answer all emails within 24 hours during business days, which are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. DM's is not a form of customer service and we recommend reaching out to us via email @ shopludic.clothes@gmail.com

How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive an email from our team when your order ships. It can take up to 8-10 business days M-F including holidays as we are a small business and individually handcraft all crews, hoodies, tees & sets. Please see additional shipping times in our policy listed directly on our site. Also, it is standard for a label to be printed ahead of time for production.
How long does it take to ship?
Non-holiday policy is 8-10 business M-F for production.
How do I wash my hoodies and crews?
We always recommend hand washing in cold water and line drying for the best results and long lasting wear. We recommend gentle cleaners, and no stain removers, etc.
