I didn’t receive an email confirmation? 

Once your order is placed an email welcome confirmation is sent automatically. Please check your spam/junk folder.

I never received any updates via email regarding my package?

We kindly note we are a small business and team and we can’t email everyone individual updates. We do send a welcome email, follow-up email, and an email once the item has shipped. We post daily behind the scenes on all social media platforms.

I emailed you and didn’t get a response?

We typically answer all emails within 24 hours during business days, which are Monday - Friday. We are a small team and we work all areas of the business so we appreciate your patience with us.

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive an email from our team when your order ships. It can take up to 8-10 business days as we are a small business and individually handcraft all crews, hoodies, tees & sets.

How long does it take to ship? 

Non-holiday policy is 8-10 business days. Holidays for small businesses can be intense, as we say 1-3 business weeks between September 15th- January 20th. Things like ‘weekly steals’ and ‘oopsies’ typically ship within 1-3 days and are FINAL sale. 

How do I wash my hoodies and crews?

We always recommend hand washing in cold water and line drying for the best results and long lasting wear. We recommend gentle cleaners, and no stain removers, etc.

What is your ‘why’ for this brand?

I always felt growing up that I was never enough. I am 6’1 and curvy, so as a woman I’ve struggled all my life with being okay with who I am. This brand is for all of us who feel like we are always alone in our thoughts - anxious about certain things happening in our life, and those who need a reminder to get through the day. My hope is that whomever is going through something in their life, knows they are NEVER alone and there IS light at the end of every tunnel. I hope every time you wear a LC piece you know how loved, appreciated, and seen you are no matter how you might feel!
